Emballage d'origine très soigné et robuste, heureusement car le carton Amazon était ouvert et pas solide. Concernant la machine, elle est juste superbe, esthétiquement et fonctionnellement parlant. Pas aussi imposante que je l'imaginais. Installation rapide et très simple, il suffit de suivre les instructions à l'écran, disponibles en plusieurs langues dont le français. Pour tester j'ai commencé avec un café l'or Brésil, parfait. Ensuite, il m'a fallu régler, en fonction de mes goûts, la mouture, c'est un peu fastidieux car doit être fait pdt le broyage du café, ensuite faire couler au moins 3 cafés pour avoir le goût définitif et rebelote si le goût ne convient pas. Mais une fois la bonne mouture trouvée ya plus qu'à déguster. Le plus pour moi est la carafe amovible pour le lait qui permet d'obtenir une belle mousse de lait chaud pour faire de délicieux cappuccino ou latte macchiato. La machine fait un rinçage à chaque démarrage/arrêt, tps réglable pour arrêt automatique de la machine (15, 30, 60min), prévient lorsque le bac à marc de café est plein, le réservoir d'eau vide, possibilité d'activer/désactivé le son, propose l'option tasse à emporter (pas encore testée), possibilité de régler la température (faible, moyen, très chaud) et la quantité de café, de lait ce qui me permet de me préparer un thermos à emporter le matin. Certains disent qu'elle est brillante, c'est vrai lorsqu'elle broie les grains mais cela ne dure que qlq sdes et si on veut une machine à grains faut bien que ces derniers soient broyés, par ailleurs je trouve qu'elle ne fait pas plus de bruit que ma nespresso qui elle ne broyait rien. Got this because I'm working a lot from home and wanted something that's going to last a few year and give me neat coffee with a click of a button. Relatively pricey but good reviews and seemed hustle free. Used it now for a few months and hundreds of cups. This machine together with decent beans and milk makes amazing coffe. You get many coffee sorts to choose from. Intuitive and easy operated, multiple profiles which remembers each family member preferences. Easy to clean (dishwasher friendly) which i find super usefull, easy to refill with beans, water and milk. The actual grinding and pouring is a bit loud as others have reported but manageable. The milk loathing works very good and the various coffees options are all good and you can adjust each one to your preferences. Esta es la quinta marca diferente que compro -el resto (deLonghi, Breville, Cecotec, Krups... no me ha salido buena ninguna)-. Esta de momento va muy bien, ojo, se deben hacer muchos cafes antes de que empiezen a salir realmente buenos y cremosos. Voy a dar mi opinion personal, dejando de lado caracteristicas (para eso vais a google y listo!): Lo que mas me gusto fue la temperatura del cafe, caliente para tomarlo, pero no tibio como otras tipo delonghi, buen cuerpo y sabor. En casa somos de cafe expresso cortito y fuerte. Hay que usar cafe de calidad si quereis sacarle partido, olvidaos del torrefacto o el de los chinos. Es un crimen. El capuchino lo tomo en desayuno y merienda con nivel de sabor al 2 y sabe de fabula. Ojo, que el cafe realmente se debe tomar solo y si es posible, sin azucar para saborearlo bien. Vayamos ahora al capuccino: Lo primero, antes de meter el pitorro en la taza y calentar la leche HAY QUE EXPULSAR EL AGUA que sale, de lo contrario ese agua acabara en nuestra taza y arruinara el cafe. La espuma sale "a punto de nieve" buena pero no equiparable a la que hace la Breville por ejemplo -tipo terciopelo, pero insisto: buena, te deja marcado el 'bigotillo' blanco como en el anuncio de phillips. Puntos en contra: ruidosa, algo voluminosa, al preparar dos cafes hace dos moliendas en lugar de una larga, esto es, mas matraca... Puntos a favor: temperatura, gran deposito de granos y de agua, limpieza facil, el filtro que viene de fabrica es todo un acierto, no es de las mas rapidas, pero en menos de 2 minutos tienes listo el cafe, apta para cafe molido. Servicio al cliente eficiente -MUY IMPORTANTE!!! Tengo varios aparatos Philips y de momento no tengo ninguna queja. Espero haber sido util. The overall usuage of the machine is decent, it has many drinks to choose from, all milk-free drinks are just perfect, you just need to tune the grinder, shot length and strength, but, keep in mind all milk-based drinks are not as good as the ones you get from a professional coffee machine at a coffee shop. The milk is heated with a lot of bubbles, it makes normal foam on top of your drink, NOT steamed microfoam, so you get a more watery drink with frothen foam on top but not integrated well. If you expect perfect Capuchino or Latte machiato from this machine, then i i'm sorry to tell you its not the best option, which indeed what i was looking for unfortunately, i rate it 2 for losing more money to buy a separate microfoam maker to get a good drink while i paid already for an automatic machine to avoid this. Ich habe das Gerät jetzt seit knapp 1/2 Jahr und bin bislang sehr zufrieden. Die Maschine ist nicht allzu groß und schwer und nimmt auf der Arbeitsfläche nicht zu viel Platz weg. Wasser-, Milch- und Bohnenbehälter sind für eher kleinere Haushalte ausgelegt. Die Bedienung ist total unkompliziert und weitgehend selbsterklärend; für den Einstieg liegt ein Quick-Start-Guide bei, eine ausführliche Bedienungsanleitung kann man sich als pdf-Datei online herunterladen. Wartungs- und Reinigungsaufwand sind überschaubar und ebenfalls unkompliziert. Anfangs war der Kaffeesatz sehr feucht und breiig; das ist normal und gibt sich nach kurzer Zeit. Mittlerweile landet der Satz in Form von fest gepressten, trockenen Pods im Auffangbehälter; die kann man lose in den Biomüll kippen und muss nicht befürchten, dass alles durchgematscht wird. Die Auswahl an Getränken ist sehr groß, da dürfte jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack finden - zumal man jedes einzelne Getränk noch einmal individuell anpassen und Favoriten abspeichern kann. Sehr komfortabel! Die zubereiteten Getränke haben eine gute Temperatur und sind - mit den richtigen Einstellungen (und guten Bohnen!) - sehr gut. Das Milchsystem ist super! Wesentlich einfacher zu reinigen als die Vorgänger in meinem Haushalt (zuerst eine Krups, später eine Saeco, beide mit einem schwer zu reinigenden Milchschlauch versehen). Der Behälter lässt sich auch im laufenden Betrieb nachfüllen (sehr praktisch für mich, da ich mich bei der Menge oft verschätze). Ich verwende fast ausschließlich vegane Milchalternativen; zumindest die jeweiligen "Barista"-Versionen lassen sich prima auch in diesem LatteGo-System aufschäumen. In einigen Bewertungen wird die Lautstärke kritisiert. Tatsächlich macht das Mahlwerk ein ziemliches Getöse. Mich stört das aber nicht wirklich. Der Mahlvorgang dauert ja nicht allzu lang, und außerdem: hey, hier werden ganze Bohnen in kurzer Zeit zu Pulver gemahlen, das macht eben Krach! Und da ich meinen Kaffee überwiegend am Morgen trinke, hilft der Geräuschpegel auch gleich beim Wachwerden! ;-) Mein letzter Vollautomat (Saeco) war deutlich teurer und hat knapp acht Jahre gehalten; mal schauen, wie lang dieser hält. Dopo un mese circa di utilizzo e varie prove posso dire che è perfetta !!! Seguendo alcuni consigli trovati su videorecensioni (che consiglio di guardare) si "setta" la macchina molto facilmente e si ottengono ottimi risultati. Ho provato a fare alcuni "esperimenti" usando l'app della Philips e si riesce a fare delle bevande sfiziose e carine. Bisogna avere la pazienza di trovare la giusta finezza di macinatura del caffè secondo i propri gusti . io uso il caffè in chicchi ma se uno vuole può usare quello già macinato usando il misurino in dotazione attraverso lo sportellino dedicato. Il cappuccino fatto con l'apposito contenitore è buono anche se la schiuma è molto "ariosa". La macchina effettua una pulizia degli ugelli all'accensione ed allo spegnimento della stessa in modo automatico . Per quanto riguarda la pulizia interna è molto facile da effettuare ... il gruppo si estrae facilmente e si pulisce sotto l'acqua corrente. Il display riporta sia i settaggi di default e che puoi personalizzare a tuo piacimento dalla quantità di caffè utilizzato alla quantità di schiuma nel cappuccino . Nel display viene anche riportato quando bisogna svuotare il contenitore interno dei fondi di caffè . Un simpatico segnalino posta sulla griglia indica quando svuotare la vaschetta dell'acqua di pulizia. Read more
