I suffer constantly with heel Spurs, we bought these in the hope they would alleviate some of the pain I was in daily. Well, all I can say is if you suffer with heel pain, or any foot pain then these are the insoles and the answer to your prayers that you’ve been searching for. I’ll be purchasing more for every pair of shoes I own. They are cut to size and once placed into the footwear they fit snuggly and don’t wiggle around like cheap imposters. They feel like little clouds of comfiness and I rarely get any foot pain when wearing the shoes that have these in. I was apprehensive that they were another gimmick but was willing to try anything. I 100% recommended these. I’ve had them a couple of months now and am on my feet all day everyday for work - they have not flattened out or worn out and are just as padded and comfortable as the day I first got them.
