I love this brand because I already take the Milk Thistle for my liver.. but I tried this product with a combo of the Ashwaganda from Bronson and within an hour I was so sleepy that my whole body was like shut down. My main downside is how wired my brain was!!!! Not sure if that’s this product or the other. I was so exhausted but my brain wouldn’t let me sleep. That being said, I have really bad insomnia and wake up throughout the night and when I finally did fall asleep I WAS OUT. And I had a really hard time waking up which is super annoying. It also made me really groggy for almost the whole next day.. Not sure how to feel about this product but if your plans are for sleep then I would say give it an go!! It works, but be aware that you may need higher doses than others. I took 400 to 600 mg. It is also helpfull after training and have taken pre workout. It helps with the hype crash that some Pre-workout may get you so you can sleep like a baby. Read more
