I’ve been taking L-Theanine for relaxation to help with my anxiety disorder and insomnia for about a year, and have been purchasing Jarrow brand. But the Jarrow brand is SO much more expensive, so I started looking around for an alternative, and I’m glad I did! This product is great for the price and effective. It does produce a general feeling of well-being. It calms the mind and soothes the mood over all. However I noticed that taking it too frequently or too much of it caused somewhat of a tired grogginess. Anything in excess is not good. I was trying to incorporate it multiple times a day on a daily basis but have now resorted back to only consuming it when I need immediate momentary relief. Great price, good product.
