As time changes so to does one's perspective as we are constantly reminded how differently one thing can be interpreted by many. The Hatch STEEL Watch was created to show the ever-changing perspective that occurs as time passes by. By utilizing the Hatching technique, which seeks to create value by drawing or shading closely spaced parallel lines, the face of the watch is constantly evolving. In the case of the Hatch, parallel lines are used to initiate a cross-hatching pattern as time changes throughout the day. Red (Hatch BLACK) or Black circles Hatch STEEL) chase each other across the face of the watch to show the minute and hour, as a single white second hand stretches across the dial to serve as a simple reminder of the inevitable beauty of perspective.
