Bought these for working 10 hours shifts. They work flawlessly. You cut them to fit inside your shoe so the fit should be perfect unless you suck at cutting. Due to the tight fit they cannot move around in the shoe. Incredibly comfortable for long term shoe usage. These insoles are not meant for arch support, just long term standing or walking.
