Molto "comodo", sono 10 giorni che lo uso mentre vedo TV o lavoro, e non faccio addominali o sport in generale. Gli addominali li sento molto duri e allenati dovrei abbinarlo a una dieta e altre attività per vedere più risultati, comunque il prodotto é ottimo e "facile da usare" sto seguendo la tabella che ho trovato online per gli allenamenti, l'ho trovato stimolante per continuare con costanza e dare un senso all'allenamento. Solitamente sono uno di quelli che parte a razzo e finisco per parcheggiarlo in qualche armadio, per ora lo trovo interessante anche rilassante, soprattutto per la qualità/prezzo lo consiglio. Ich glaube nicht, dass man von solch einem Gürtel einen Sixpack bekommt. Da bedarf es schon viel Sport und einer entsprechenden Ernährung. Da fragt man sich natürlich, warum ich da fünf Sterne vergebe. Ich leide seit Jahren unter starken Rückenschmerzen und daher nutze ich diesen Gürtel als Hilfe zur Muskellockerung. Die Bedienung ist selbst erklärend und durch die vielen, unterschiedlichen Programme hat man ordentlich Abwechslung. Sehr gut finde ich auch, dass man während eines laufenden Programms die Stärke ändern kann. Das kenne ich von anderen Herstellern anders. Die lebenslange Garantie ist natürlich schon mal eine Ansage. Wenn man bedenkt, dass bei üblichen TENS Geräten alle Nase lang die Elektroden gewechselt werden müssen. Somit ist dies eine günstige und auch effektive Alternative. Che dire su questo prodotto... Ora io vengo da un compex, chiaro non ha nulla a che vedere in rapporto, però devo dire una cosa, comodità eccezionale, fa il suo lavoro in modo ottimo per il prezzo che viene pagato e chiaramente è focalizzato esclusivamente all'addome, l ho preso essenzialmente perché praticando sport quasi ogni giorno ed incuriosito dalle recensioni volevo provarlo per alternarlo appunto al compex, soprattutto anche per la praticità del prodotto e per vedere se puntando solo alla parte addominali si vedesse qualche risultato differente. Chiaramente l' ho provato oggi soltanto in quanto mi è appena arrivato munito di batterie AA. Ovvio una persona non può pretendere che usando solo questo prodotto ti salti fuori in 5 minuti la tartaruga o si pensi ad un dimagrimento, ma alternato ad allenamenti e costanza è un sostegno decente. Ich werde eine kurze und Aussagekräftige Bewertung abgeben. Von an Anfang an... Ursprünglich wollte ich das Konkurrenz EMS-Modell aus der bekannten TV-Werbung. Nach dem ich aber sah das die Bewertung nicht überzeugt war suchte ich nach ein anderem EMS Gerät. Schließlich braucht man beim Konkurrenz Modell auch Klebepats und die kosten 15 bis 20€ für mich absolut überzogen. Ich hab mich nach kurzer Überlegung für den Ab Flex entschieden, weil der Ab Flex 4 Elektroden hat die mittels eines mitgelieferten Gel aufgetragen werden. Also man braucht keine Pats. Zum Ab Flex selber er hat 4 Elektroden, er wird am Bauch umgeschnallt, die Gürtelweite lässt sich einstellen. Zur Bedinung: Es gibt 10 Programme mit 2 Kannäle jeweils bis 99 Stufen (Stärke). Programm dauer jeweils immer 30min. Ich verwende den Ab Flex immer eine 30min vor dem Training und 30min nach dem Training. Ich trainiere wenn es geht jeden Tag, entweder ganz Körper oder nur Bauch Rücken. Der Ab Flex Unterstützt beim Muskelaufbau und keine Wundergerät wie es in der TV Werbung vorgegaukelt wird. Hier ist ja die Rede 10min Täglich und man bekommt ein Sixpack, das ist ein kompletter Blödsinn, wenn es so einfach wäre hätte jeder 2 ein Sixpack. Die EMS Geräte fördern den Muskelaufbau durch Stromstöße dazu gehört auch ein Training wie Kraft und Ausdauersport dazu eine Diät. Man muss sich auch richtig Ernähren ohne der richtigen Ernährung funktioniert das nicht. Ich betreibe Kaftsport machte zugleich eine Diät und verwende den AB Reflex eine Woche in dieser Woche habe ich ein 1cm und 1% Körperfettanteilverloren. Zudem muss ich noch eines sagen der AB Reflex wirkt im Stehen mehr wie im Sitzen. Ich verwende den Ab Reflex jeden Tag für eine 1h. Fazit: Der Ab Reflex sprich EMS Geräte sind keine Wundergeräte wie es die TV Werbung uns vorgaukelt dazu gehört Training, Disziplin und die richtige Ernährung das funktioniert es auch mit dem Sixpack aber das geht nicht von heute auf morgen. Beim Ab Reflex braucht man keine Klebepats nur ein Gel. Das Gel und eine Tasche werden Mitgeliefert. Batterien werden auch mitgeliefert. Die Programme sind unterschiedlich aggressiv progressiv und entspannend auflockernd. Im großen und im ganzen bin ich zurzeit zu frieden. Welches Resultat wirklich dabei heraus kommt kann man erst nach einer langen Zeit sagen. Zurzeit bin ich sehr zufrieden und man hat eine lebenslängliche Garantie auf den Ab Reflex. Read more

Je viens de recevoir la ceinture et mes premières impressions sont les suivantes: - Appareil léger et facile à transporter si vous souhaitez l'emmener lors de vos déplacements. - Pas besoin d'acheter des patches de remplacement car ils sont directement intégrés à la ceinture. Un tube de gel conducteur est fourni. - La télécommande est simple d'utilisation. Il y a plusieurs programmes de disponibles bien qu'on ne sache pas à quoi ils correspondent. Personnellement, j'ai accroché sur le programme n°2 qui me semble être le plus efficace. -Les programmes ont une durée de 30 minutes, et après cela, la télécommande s'éteint automatique. Dans le manuel, ils préconisent de faire une séance d'1 heure par jour. - Concernant la puissance, on sent réellement ses abdos se contracter lors de l'utilisation de la ceinture. Vous avez la possibilité de régler l'intensité de celle-ci. Pour l'instant, je je n'ai pas assez de recul pour dire quoi que ce soit concernant les résultats mais globalement, il a l'air de faire son taf ! Beaucoup de controverses sur les ceintures abdominales, donc je vais écrire mon avis le plus objectif possible. De 1 : Le produit fonctionne très bien, il est de bonne facture, le gel n'est pas très honereux, en ce qui me concerne je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes de batterie qui s'use trop vite, a la longue, la puissance du produit diminue, il faut donc changer les piles regulierement si on veut garder la puissance 'max' de l'appareil. Je dirais un jeu de pile par mois si on l'utilise tous les jours. De 2 : La ceinture marche!! je m'explique : ce n'est pas un produit miracle, elle ne vous créera pas de '6 pack' sans effort, ou elle ne vous fera pas perdre de poids si vous ne faites rien a côté. Je met cette ceinture depuis 2 mois maintenant, quasiment tous les jours pendant 1h, a côté de ça, je vais courir regulièrement et je mange un plus sainement. J'ai perdu 4 kilos, et cela se reflète au niveau de mon ventre. prouver que la ceinture marche est donc compliqué en ne se basant que la dessus. Cependant, lorsque je fais des exercices pour mes abdominaux (Crunch, gainage etc..) je suis bien plus performant qu'avant le port de la ceinture. et je ressens vraiment que mes abdominaux sont plus tonique. Ne faisant pas d'abdos tous les jours, cela ne peut être lié qu'a la ceinture. Cette ceinture marche donc très bien pour la musculature des abdominaux, que ce soit pour remplacer les exercices par manque de temps, ou en guise de complément. Quello che ho apprezzato di più è stata la facilità dell'uso, che stimola ad utilizzarla giornalmente. Bastano poche gocce sulle placche interne, si indossa e il gioco è fatto. La stimolazione è molto potente. Già ad intensità 30, ma anche a 20, si sente parecchio. I programmi sono suddivisi in: i primi 5 di riscaldamento; gli altri 5 di allenamento. Nel manuale di istruzioni, molto scarno, manca una spiegazione dei vari programmi e uno schema di allenamento, ma ne ho trovato uno in rete, che suggerisce di cominciare sempre, a rotazione, con 20 minuti di riscaldamento e 30 minuti di allenamento, anche qui variando ogni giorno il programma. Io faccio 20 minuti di riscaldamento e 2 programmi diversi da 30 minuti di allenamento e mi trovo bene. I risultati si hanno con la costanza e un corretto stile di vita. Read more

I’ve bought two Slendertone ab belts in the past and was very happy with their performance, but saw this particular model and thought I’d give it a try. I’ve had a break from using these ab belts for a good three years relying on Bullworker and wheel exercisers instead, but decided on impulse to look at the belt devices again. This new product resembled a Slendertone in terms of its overall look, however the control unit is attached to the belt and is not incorporated into the design in the same way as a Slendertone, is this a problem? No, because it has a bigger and clearer display and it’s also easier to understand with much larger buttons, so I find it an improvement when compared to the Slendertone model, besides, there’s a small pocket to store the control unit on the belt itself if you so desire, however I prefer to lay on the bed for 30 minutes, so I just placed it next to me, it’s connecting wire is only several inches long. It comes with generic batteries, although I had a box full of the Energiser brand, so I popped in two of those instead (the AA size) as I’m familiar with how long they tend to last, however I’ll likely resort to rechargeable batteries at some point. It was nice to see there’s none of those expensive sticky pads required, which aren’t cheap to keep replenishing, plus, they have a habit of sticking to the skin when you remove the belt. The unit incorporates four pads, strategically placed to target the side and front muscles, plus a tube of water based gel which therefore doesn’t stain. A small amount of gel, applied to each pad in turn, is all that’s required, after which you simply wrap the device around the waist. The Velcro fastener incidentally is very strong. All I then did was to lay down on the bed for half an hour, set the type of pulse I preferred, there are several to choose from, I tried 2 for approximately 30 seconds but quickly decided on one which suited me and then I proceeded to alter the intensity, initially up to 30 (the highest is 99) but then increased this over several minutes to 60. In terms of potential discomfort, this will vary from person to person, so totally ignore my personal settings mentioned above and obviously adjust to suit your own personal needs. I did experience soreness on the left side when I first used it, possibly because I had a hernia mesh repair in that area in August 2022, so with the left button I decreased the intensity for 5 minutes which curtailed that issue, but after 15 minutes I managed to equal the two sides again without experiencing any identical discomfort. Because of the hernia, nearly two years ago, I won’t increase the intensity to its maximum, even if I could cope with it, but it isn’t necessary. I did seek my doctor’s advice before restarting this type of exercise and he naturally suggested not doing anything to excess, which is why I had the hernia issue in the first place, but he did say that it was liable to place less harmful strain on the area when compared to other forms of abdominal exercisers, especially if I planned on laying down on a bed when using the device. I left the session length at 30 minutes, I could have shortened this, or stopped it at anytime I wanted with a simple push of a button, but because I’ve used this type of belt for a few years previously I decided to try it for a full 30 minutes, which frankly, lying on the bed, going through Tik Tok reels and my Facebook feed, it seemed to fly past. The overall effect? The contractions were certainly visible and were clearly felt, I experienced no soreness afterwards, but having used these devices before, and incorporated such exercises in my normal daily routine, that perhaps wasn’t too surprising, my waist area felt more taut, especially internally following completion. I appreciate there are no pads to buy, but there is the gel to replenish, however the sticky pads seem to wary from person to person in terms of how long they last, depending on the intensity of each workout and how often the unit is used, with the gel however you can clearly see when it’s time to reorder, so for me, if I’m going to replace anything, the gel is the better and cheaper option. I paid £39.99 for this product and bearing in mind the cost of certain items which look similar, I consider this device to offer superb value for money. I’d certainly recommend it if you’re in the market for a reasonably priced abs trainer that does what it says on the tin so to speak, or perhaps you’re merely looking for a change from an existing model. I was actually blown away by how much this belt surpassed my expectations based on some of these negative reviews. I think they are from people who are unfamiliar with using an EMS and / or out of shape. If you are neither of these I can strongly recommend this product to supplement your regular work out routine. If you’re a guy and aren’t feeling “it” a good tip is to shave or trim the body hair in the areas under the belt. As for max waist size for fit - I’d say probably 38 to be comfortable but for that and larger you should really limit your expectations on what this belt can do for you. Try out keto. Read more
