Delicious! I prefer the chocolate - mix with water and it's like a yummy glass of chocolate milk without the nasty lingering aftertaste so many protein drinks on the market have. I've been drinking this shake (originally created by Worldwide Sports) for decades and pray they don't change anything about it. As a nurse who worked 12 hour shifts, usually in critical care areas, unfortunately I never knew when or if I would have a meal break, so I'd drink this before heading to the hospital and it kept my energy level up AND blood sugar within normal range for 6-8 hours.
