I never write reviews for supplements. I started taking this because I started using an NAD+ patch. They recommend taking a menthylation supplement. (I'd never even heard of it). I took 3 tablets in the morning before my patch. Within 30 or 45 minutes, I immediately felt great, energetic. I can't even explain it. I hadn't changed anything else. I thought , "no way". I decided to take it the next day as well. Same thing! More energy, clear head, sort of, maybe happier. I can't believe. I've never a supplement do that for me. I have taken everything. I am menopausal and take HT (Evamist and progesterone 200mg). But this is the first thing I have taken to truly have an immediate impact. I can't say you will have the same results.
