The Pill makes me drier than the Sahara which makes me self-conscious--and sex less enjoyable than it could/should be. Regular lube is fine at first but it wears off too quickly. Coconut oil inserts are not condom-friendly so I decided to give these a try. I'm glad I tried them! While not perfect, they make sex better. And who doesn't want that? : ) Inserting a bead thirty minutes before sex is sufficient and plenty of lubrication is provided. I can even forgo regular lube if I use a bead. The bead WILL stain underwear (mineral oil is the main ingredient, I believe). I had to sacrifice my first pair of underwear but I soaked another pair of underwear in water and Dawn soap before washing and that pair was spared. I like that the dissolved beads do NOT have an odor or taste (Yes, I tried it! A chef tastes what he's serving, right?) The only things that I do NOT like is that it is a little sticky (post-contact only, not in-the-moment-contact) but it's a small price to pay for better sex!
