The Quality was exactly the standard that timex set for the most affordable, most durable, most useful, most attractive watches in the industry. I've owned this one since 2022. I have to say it's all of the above WITH ONE EXCEPTION: The Indiglo never worked from the moment I took it out of the box. I didn't think anything of it. I thought it was another diluted standard brought on by the corporate enshitification so pominent in the world today. I WAS WRONG! For under 35$, who cares? It's 2025 and I'm buying another one. I put this thing through hell. I work on Industrial Refrigeration and Mechanical Infrastructure. I'm rough on everything I own and my hands and arms are exposed to 130 degree F Condesner relief temps regularly, 170 degree F Asphalt Equipment Pads (on which I stand for hours in the direct sunlight) in 115 degree F Ambient air temps all while keeping track of timing of sequences of operations, using My Timex as my number-one tool for keeping track of that kinda stuff. Diagnosis would not happen without it. Accuracy: Hmm. a little behind the iphone weekly or monthly; loses about 5 minutes a month? maybe less. Either way, when I was trying to set it to the current time the other day, I pulled the crown right out of the watch to try and set the time. I put it back in and committed to purchasing another one. The crown is still in there, the watch still is keeping time (more slowly) and I just can't update the time it has lost. So in a month or so from now, it will be too far behind the actual time to be useful for me. Very well worth the cost! Read more

This is a very nice watch for the money. It has a decent weight to it and the finish is nice. I think it punches far above its price point. I’d even say it looks more premium than my Timex easy reader that costs about double. I put it on a tweed strap and I think it looks unique and cool. Porém o tamanho de 40mm vai ficar um pouco pequeno em pulsos mais grossos, mas nada que impeça o costume com o tempo. A pulseira apresenta marcas facilmente por ser de couro. Pour moins de 24€ ce fût une excellente affaire. Je la porte régulièrement en alternance avec d'autres. Elle est en permanence sur ma table de nuit pour lire l'heure la nuit. Acheter en juillet dernier , cette montre a tout pour plaire , verre minéral (résistes mieux au rayure ) et ce même avec qu'elle que rayure franchement il fraudais chercher la petite bête pour voire les rayures . Le cadre est en Acier inoxydable ce qui ajoute de la résistance aux multiples chocs que ma montre a reçu . Le vraie plus de cette montre c'est ce système Indigo qui est vraiment génial et peut orthodoxe sur une montre analogique . Autrement le premier petit bémol c'est sont bracelet qui n'est pas NATO mais cela n'est pas un problème , on coupe les bracelets au ciseaux , on achète une paire de bracelet NATO en largeur 20 mm et on l'installe et là vous aurez une montre a toutes épreuve . Le second petit bémol c'est que cette montre fait du bruit la nuit mais bon au moins elle fonctionne et elle est très jolie avec ces aiguilles phosphorescente ================MaJ================ Après 2 ans d'utilisation je vais maintenant vous donner plus de précisions sur le long terme concernant la Timex expédition: tout d'abord j'ai changé le bracelet qui était d'origine non NATO par un bracelet NATO ce qui a pour effet en fait d'être plus résistant mais j'ai eu une barre qui s'est cassé bon ceci n'est pas très grave puisque j'ai acheté un kit pour réparer ma montre en mettant la petite barre de maintien de du bracelet sinon la montre elle prend du retard au moins 2 heures par jour donc il a fallu que je règle quasiment tous les jours ma montre signe peut-être que la pile est usée et qui va falloir peut-être la changer autrement à part cela la montre fonctionne très bien je suis très content de mon achat je ne le regrette pas c'est une très belle montre et d'ailleurs je pense que je vais peut-être pas tarder à aller voir un horloger pour voir comment peut-on faire pour changer la pile qui est situé sur la montre. Sinon au niveau de l'étanchéité de la montre n'y a aucun soucis je la lave tous les jours elle est partie dans de la flotte. Bien entendu elle a eu des petites rayures ça c'est normal le revêtement est un peu rayé mais personnellement le niveau d'usure est pas aussi dégradé de ce que je pensais de cette montre le système indigo qui permet l'affichage fluorescent fonctionne toujours donc timex pour moi ça reste une marque fiable malgré des petites défauts qui subsistent ça reste quand même une montre abordable et peu cher. This watch has come in handy more times than I can count. At night, I can look at the time two ways, with the built in light or if the hour and minute hand are lit up. It's rugged, and has stood the test of time for the months that I've had it. Barely any chipping, and I put it through it's paces. The band has held together well, also. I like the color a lot, and despite being blue it matches pretty much everything I would want. It's nice to have the date as well, I can simply look over if necessary and know what day it is. The mechanism is quiet as well. You won't be kept up by the ticking if that is something that bothers you. I would buy this again if necessary. Read more

I have lots of time X watches, but this particular one is my favorite. I love the fit the color, and of course the indigo light. It’s been extremely accurate the past year since I owned it great price. It’s a bit heavy because of the brass, but it feels like a solidly built watch. Great watch, stylish, comes in many different colors. Perfect for everyday wear. Has date and military time, plus an indigo backlight button for lowlight scenarios. Decent strap, comfortable for me. I have smaller wrists and it fits fine. So far it holds up, no scratches yet and keeps on ticking. Only downside is it comes with no manual, had to look it up. This is a great field watch! This is my first time owning a Timex, and I have to say I'm impressed. I've owned a handful of Casio watches, a Seiko, and an Orient, and I wanted to give Timex a try. I've owned watches that cost more than 5 times the roughly $30 I paid for this one, and while this is definitely not in the same league as a Seiko or an Orient, I am very pleased with it. I've been wanting a field watch for awhile now to have as a more casual analog option, and this fits the bill perfectly. It's water resistant to 50 meters, it came with a comfortable NATO strap, and it has luminous hands as well as Timex's Indiglo feature, which is Timex's backlight technology that illuminates the full dial. So if you need to check the time in the dark, simply press the crown and the full dial will light up, which adds to practicality. This Timex expedition has a metal case, and I'd recommend it over the other expeditions that have a resin case, as the resin case expeditions have a notoriously loud tick and this one is a good bit quieter. The build quality is also noticeably better than the resin case models. I plan to use this as my daily driver/beater watch at work because it's simple and good looking, and is cheap enough that if it gets damaged it's not a big deal. Time accuracy is great as well, considering it's a quartz watch. Overall, if you're in the market for a field watch that is practical, affordable, and good looking, this is the watch for you. Love this watch. Reasonable size, not too heavy (for a man), easy to read, somewhat simple utilitarian stylish and has a lighted dial with a push of the watch stem. Getting the time easily in dim light is a real bonus, without dragging out your cell phone. Timex watches are tried and true. One thing I don't like - it seems impossible to get a similar watch with a durable hardened glass crystal vs a hard plastic as this watch - they scratch up in time with someone engaged in heavy working. But to get this feature, watches are usually divers style, heavy, complex to read, large and very expensive. So with this watch, its a super value and I am quite happy. Read more
