I've been using Blue Bonnet 5 days a week for about 6 yrs. Their vanilla flavor is a perfect base for making protein smoothies using strawberries, or blueberries with an added frozen banana & fresh spinach with the blueberry shake. I've tried several protein powders but usually don't care for the flavor. They usually don't mix clump free as well as Blue Bonnet. Other brands also usually require 2 scoops vs. 1 for the same or less protein content. The only complaint I have is they recently changed the size of their scoop using a little more powder but never answered my question if the protein content changed when I wrote them. Read more

I have always had some type of stomach issue with protein powder, I have used so many different ones. I would always get super bloated and sick to my stomach. About 8 years ago I found out I have FODMAP issues. During my journey into figuring out what I can and cannot eat, I thought I would never again be able to have protein powder. I took a chance on this brand and I have never looked back. I love this protein mostly because the only way I will use protein is in my morning oatmeal or smoothie and most protein powders get clumpy and don’t taste the greatest when heated up.
