Started taking it about 4 days ago. Felt good, lots of energy, seemed to sharpen my brain, however yesterday I was really edgy, short tempered and a bit nasty. So, I'm going off it for a few days then try again to see if that is what altered my mood. Hopefully not, because it did feel better. I was taking L-carnitine, but this one has acetyl-l-carnitine. I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought it to help burn more fat as part of my goal to lose 30 kg, and I heard that L-Carnitine could be helpful. At first, I was only taking one pill before training, but after doing some research, I found out I might need two pills (1,000 mg) per day for full benefits. Now I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon before training. It does seem to give me a bit of energy, but I’m not sure if it’s a noticeable difference yet.
