I’ve taken these for years. Do they work? I take other supplements too so it’s hard to say for sure, but I don’t seem to get colds as often as my friends and co-workers. I take these because I don’t eat many fruits and so feel I need supplementary anti-oxidants. The taste is very neutral. It tastes like a capsule. The size is very easy to swallow, and each capsule has about the same volume as my multivitamin. Since I don’t get many antioxidants in my diet and these help to mitigate that deficiency, and since antioxidants are very important, I think these offer good value for my money. Each bottle lasts me a couple months and is usually around $20. Read more
