I purchased one for myself some years ago because I watched them in flight in their native environment & was in awe - of a number of fascinating aspects. [Beware if you have orange colored fruit because these beauties are drawn to them. And, my goodness, the way they maneuver ….] Anyway when I returned i was wondering if it was probable to acquire a specimen. Voila! This store provides a perfect male specimen since it is double-sided viewable. [Males are the only ones with this striking color on one side of their wings.] One side is that striking somewhat rare blue, the other side is the more common earthy brownish color , & the actual body itself, which some dainty people might be yucky-squeamish about (recall the shrill of your delicate doily girlfriend at 5 years old who running away like a storm’s gusting wind when you showed her a fly up-close. LOLOLOL) This beauty is sturdily produced. Nice strong glass. Great fastening for the edges. It is not cheap looking & fits the price, in my opinion. I purchased another for a “nature-loving” friend but she didn’t “like bug specimens in [her] house,” so gave it to her son. {shrug.} If you want this unique morpho with you you couldn’t make a better choice than getting from this store.
