We bought this as a basis for a spacesuit for a short film, so it was heavily modified: a color change, lighted accessories, and the helmet won't be used. The sizing seemed to be right on for us; the actor is 6' 0" and 175 pounds, and if I had any wishes, it would be that the waist area was a little more form fitting (I guess they're trying to allow for a slightly bulkier build within the same general height). A belt will take care of that though. The shoulder pads are only attached at the top, so we're hooking them down with Velcro to keep each set of arm shields aligned top-to-bottom. Like others, I do wish there was a little more to this costume on the back side; it's not a giant issue for us because we've rigged up a large backpack with air supply hoses, etc. Still, maybe some armor on the calves or upper back would've been cool.
