The book presents 8 stories to help your learning journey of the German language, following the method of Olly Richard of extensive reading. At the beginning of the volume, you will find an introduction and the explication of this language learning method, and how to apply it properly with the volume itself. I've only read the first story, but I found it funny, enjoyable and totally understandable for A2 level learners. I followed the instruction about reading the chapter one time straight, then read the summary at the end and re-read it again, and only after that to search for the few words that I didn't know. To my surprise, at the second reading I was already able to understand the core of most of the words that I didn't catch on the first reading, without looking for their translation or other stuff! The short exercise at the end of every chapter are useful tools too, 'cause they help you to understand the core points of every chapter and to reflect about them. Really good job! Read more

Książka jest dobrze wydana, ma sporo treści ale nie jest moim zdaniem dla początkujących. To jednak przynajmniej A2 gdzie coś tam trzeba już umieć. Rozczaroeuje to, że nagrania gdzieś tam są dostępne ale trzeba je dokupić. Z jakiegoś powodu czuję dyskomfort. Rynek jednak przyzwyczaja nas do czegos lepszego gdy niepotrzebna już pracowitych rączek by wsadzały do każdego egzemplarza CD. Naprawdę nie można było podać jakiegoś linka do załadowania nagrań?
